We had a comfortable stay, and the hotel was clean and well cared for. The staff were very kind, and we think they may be a family. Breakfast is served in the lobby, with orders chosen from a menu the day before. We enjoyed the pho and noodles, and each morning they brewed fresh loose-leaf tea, not tea bags. You can open the window and step out onto the balcony. We also liked that this part of Sunset town is near the edge, so there was very little traffic compared with the noisy streets elsewhere. Recommended 👍

After two weeks here, coming back each day felt like coming home. The owners were warm, kind, and genuinely caring, and their cheerful presence at breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning. The hotel itself also felt almost brand new, with everything exceptionally clean and well maintained. A rare, lovely stay. Highly recommended!

Getting around on foot was easy from here. The night market is just a 3-5 minute walk, and the hotel sits at the entrance to Sunset Town. The Hon Thom Cable car is about 15 minutes away on foot, and pretty much every place is walkable. The staff were super nice and looked after us, accommodating all our requests. If communication gets tricky, Google Translate helps. The property is well kept and the rooms are very clean. Room service is available upon request.

The hotel's location was one of its few positives. You can see some fireworks from the balcony, and the staff member we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The rest of the stay was very disappointing. In the middle of our visit, staff told us we had to leave for a day because of a planned power outage from 6 AM to 10 PM. We got only seven hours' notice, which is completely unacceptable. The staff said the outage began at 6 AM, so we moved elsewhere for the rest of our time in Phu Quoc. No refund was offered for the unused nights. This place felt more like a homestay than a hotel, perhaps even a ghost hotel, as someone else has said. I can't say the same kind things about the property manager or owner. After staff contacted them, I don't know exactly who was on the phone, but they treated the staff very poorly, yelling and repeatedly hanging up. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this situation and that attitude make it necessary. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We spent two weeks here and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and modern, the staff were really friendly, and you can rent a bike here for a good price. It's a great, convenient location for a stay in Sunset town. 🙏 Thanks:))
