The staff made the stay for me. When I couldn't figure out screen casting late one evening, someone came to my room and patiently helped me set it up. The next morning they arranged a buggy ride and gave clear, knowledgeable answers about nearby attractions. They were professional, friendly and attentive. Tramonto Phu Quoc Hotel had a lovely view and a calm feel. My room was clean, modern, and seemed new and well kept, with a small balcony and a large TV. The toiletries were comfortable to use and thoughtfully prepared. I really enjoyed the visit and would gladly return to Tramonto Hotel.

The location worked really well, just a short walk from the cable car station and Kiss Bridge, and about five minutes from Sarah Halal Restaurant. We had a spacious, comfortable room, even though the hotel is a boutique property, with a great ocean view while waiting for the fireworks. The ocean and fireworks views were stunning. The staff were accommodating and quick to answer questions by email and WhatsApp. I liked the lobby's pleasant scent as soon as we walked in, and the room had a big smart TV for a cozy Netflix session when the weather wasn't good for going out. Thoughtful extras included a sun hat, umbrella, stylish yukata and two sets of irons. The bathroom had a nice bathtub, and the toilet had a bidet, something I always look forward to when traveling abroad. Hospitality made this my best experience in Phu Quoc. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting. I hope they keep up this level of service for a long time. Stayed 5-7 November 2025, Room with Ocean and Fireworks view

We spent two nights here. The staff welcomed us with orange juice and cookies, and everyone was polite and warm. The rooms were spacious and clean. It's a five-minute walk to the Cable car station and Sunset bazaar. We had an awesome stay.

Mr. Dan was there whenever we needed him and helped make everything about our stay easy and enjoyable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Tramonto has my heart, one of the cutest hotels in Sunset town phu quoc, with a beautiful, spacious room and easy access to nearby attractions. I'd strongly recommend booking here if you're visiting sunset town. I'd love to come back to Tramonto! XOXO

This newly opened hotel sits right in the middle of Sun Town. Some rooms have spectacular sunset views, and the rooms are spacious. It's a long way from main Phu Quoc, so it suits a stay focused on exploring Sun Town.
