I liked the rooms, and the firm bed suited me, though it might feel too hard for some guests. I also missed the two complimentary water bottles I've had at other hotels. Dinner in the restaurant wasn't great, and neither was breakfast.

The room was clean and well kept, but that was about the only good thing. The shower pressure was awful, and you have to be careful because the water gets scalding hot quickly. Breakfast was horrible too. I went to a dinner event there and ended up with diarrhea.

It's one of the nicer places to stay in Pleiku, with good service and good room quality. There aren't many restaurants nearby, even though the hotel is in the city. Breakfast was acceptable, but the menu didn't have much variety.

Honestly, I'd give them 10 out of 5 stars. The customer service was great, and the staff were lovely. The woman at reception was amazing. You all are awesome.

A decent budget stay at $35 for a double room. The bed was good, the room spacious, and it was fairly clean. The bathroom curtain had stains that looked like mold and should be washed regularly. Service was good.
