The staff were welcoming and professional, and the price felt fair for what you get. The hotel is a bit dated, especially the bathrooms, which could use renovation, but that didn’t take much away from the stay. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for good service at a reasonable cost.

Mường Thanh Grand Gia Lai Hotel made for a calm, relaxing stay, and it’s conveniently close to central Gia Lai, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, clean, and kept to a high standard, with nice views and the modern amenities you’d expect. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, always ready with a smile. Breakfast had a broad buffet of local and international dishes. I’d recommend staying here when visiting Pleiku or the Gia Lai area for comfort and a memorable visit.

The cozy feel helped our whole family feel at ease, and the service was acceptable. The interior is somewhat dated, and it doesn’t feel as high end as other Muong Thanh hotels in other provinces.

We had an excellent dinner here, and the staff were very helpful, though English was a problem. The hotel is centrally located, so it’s convenient, and the rooms are large and very clean. Rooms at the back have balconies with a table and chairs, plus panoramic town views. The air conditioning was pleasantly quiet.
