Pleiku Highlands Boutique Hotel

I didn’t end up staying, but the customer service was excellent and the staff seemed very trustworthy. I had a last-minute problem and couldn’t make it, and the hotel sincerely helped me a lot with my booking.

The room was in great shape and super clean, and the place felt welcoming and quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. It’s convenient for the CBD, night markets, and popular local restaurants, with plenty of coffee shops, karaoke bars, and other places to eat nearby. I also liked being close to the area’s biggest park, where you can walk, relax, and enjoy the fresh air by the lake. I’d stay here again!

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and I’d recommend this new hotel to friends. Our spacious room had a large bathroom with a glass shower enclosure, and there was plenty of hot water even for a late shower. The mattress was soft and the bed very comfortable. Sockets were placed all around the room, which I don’t often see in Vietnamese hotels, and the soundproofing was good enough for a quiet night. It had all the amenities we needed. Everything seemed fine until checkout, when we were in a bit of a rush to leave. They said one small towel was so dirty it couldn’t be cleaned, so we had to replace it and were charged 350,000 Đồng. I’m sure that isn’t the price of a small towel in Vietnam. It felt pretty scammy.
