The staff were very enthusiastic, the facilities were complete, and the price felt extremely reasonable. I spent two days in Cua Lo on a business trip and stayed at Kim Ngan 2 Hotel. My room was roomy and clean, and the food was delicious. I’d recommend Kim Ngan 2 Hotel for a stay. I had a wonderful experience.

The play area hadn’t been operating for a long time and was full of mosquitoes. It was hot while my two kids played, but the owner didn’t even turn on a fan, maybe to save electricity. I came when the place had probably only just reopened after the pandemic, and the rooms weren’t very clean. The guests in nearby rooms seemed to be drinking, and the whole floor smelled strongly of cigarettes. A few drunk men kept mistaking our room for theirs and banging on the door in the middle of the night. A really awful experience.

For 600k VND a night, I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth. The air conditioner kept cutting in and out through the night. The toilet lid was damaged, and the bathroom was dirty. When I arrived, there was sand, hair, and hair ties in the bathtub.
