The room smelled like sewage, and the air conditioner sounded louder than a rice mill. It seemed to be from 2000, and I couldn't sleep over the noise. The blanket was dusty and itchy, the toothpaste had old-looking lumps and was unusable, and the hot water never got hot. When I asked about it, the owner was grumpy and rude. I paid 250k, which felt far too expensive for a room this dirty and smelly. In Gia Lai, there are plenty of clean, nice hotels under 250k. When I went to Phu Yen, a room for 300k was ten times cleaner and nicer. This was a terrible room for Gia Lai. There was a talisman in the room, so maybe the hotel is haunted. It's in the city center, but the service, staff attitude, and facilities were terrible, worse than at a budget guesthouse. At 250,000 VND a night, the price is too high for what you get. I wouldn't recommend staying here on a trip to Pleiku.
