The location is great, the staff are nice, and the place is reasonably clean. The two-bed room felt more cramped than the photos suggest. I wouldn't recommend putting more than two people in the standard double-bed room.

The Blue sea Hotel is clean, bright, tidy, and well run, right near the city center and about two minutes from the main beach. The air conditioning was good, and the minibar prices were fair for a minibar. Queen rooms have a shower unit rather than a bath, while family rooms do have a bath. Hot water was great once it got hot, but it took more than five minutes, and it only worked on one day of my three-day stay. Also, for some reason, they sell shoes and sombreros in the lobby.

The room was large and good, and the staff were smiley, but the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. There was no hot water, just a little warmth, apparently because the solar heating system wasn't very effective. They didn't offer breakfast either.
