Friendly staff and a good location. The mattress felt a bit hard for most people, though it worked for me. For the budget price, the hotel and room were okay for a few days, and there are plenty of other hotels nearby too. There's a small coffee shop open in the mornings and a pho noodle place next door, also mornings only. Bar 69 is about 20 meters away, a great evening bar with fantastic staff. I'd recommend stopping by.

The location is the one decent part, with shops and restaurants close by. The room smelled awful, and the wet, moldy walls made it easy to see why. Dead insects were left all over the ceiling and walls, and there was hair from previous guests in the room, bed, and bathroom. Disgusting. Someone had also been in our room while we were out eating. Spend the extra $2. This place isn't worth a cent.

We stayed in room 303 from June 26-28, 2019. We left at 6:15am and came back at 9:45am to find that someone had used the toilet and left it uncleaned. The bathroom was in the same state. After repeatedly denying anything was wrong, the lady owner finally admitted they'd given the wrong key to other guests. When we asked how they would fix it, they said this was common and that we hadn't been affected, so there was no problem to take care of, according to them.
