The location, room size, and basement parking earn the two stars. The towels were dirty, the bathroom filthy, and everything seemed in disrepair. Seriously, go somewhere else.

QuangNgai hotel business has seen better days. Its glory days are long gone, and there hasn’t been any renovation since then.
