The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, and the parking was available. I was surprised this was a 2-star hotel, since it was even better than a 3-star place in Nha Trang. My street-facing room had a double bed and was clean and spacious. The bathroom was decent and the tap water was clean, though soundproofing wasn't very effective. At around 500k VND, it's a good option if you're after a reasonably priced hotel near the beach.
