The price can't be beat, and the deep tissue work was done really well. The massage is great, though it's not for anyone faint of heart. There was very little English.

What made Phuong Dong Hotel stand out for me was the people. The owner couple were welcoming, and the staff were a real highlight. Huy and Hieu at reception were friendly and ready to handle requests professionally. Huy helped me a lot with booking a bus ticket to Nha Trang, while Hieu told me the names of Quy Nhon's two largest shopping malls, which was useful during my long stay. The three cleaners, Huong, Phuong, and Thom, also left a strong impression with their careful room cleaning, laundry service, and professional attitude. I stayed there twice, for two days in mid-Nov. 2023 and for a month in Dec. 2023. The hotel is near the beach, has good facilities and spacious rooms, and offered good value for money. I was quite satisfied with Phuong Dong Hotel and would recommend it to friends visiting Quy Nhon.

The staff are kind, but they speak very little English, so it was hard to communicate. During our five days there, they didn't clean our room unless I asked. I wasn't expecting much, but I still think they need to improve on this.

The bed was super soft and comfortable, and the location was great. Some maintenance in the room would help, but I still loved our stay and found the staff friendly.

No complaints from me. The place is clean, with a modern design, and the staff are very kind. The prices are unbelievable.
