From the moment we arrived, the stay felt seamless and superb. The accommodations were phenomenal, and our tour guide was especially incredible.

I booked a low-priced room and was surprised by the price, but the service was great and they upgraded me to one with a view. The hotel has an elevator, steady hot water, clean rooms, and a breakfast buffet. Everything felt convenient and tidy. There’s street parking right outside, too. The receptionist was lovely, and when I returned from my trip, my room had been cleaned and smelled fresh. I called friends who often visit Sapa to tell them about my stay. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to lots of people. I hope it stays busy and continues to grow.

The room's spacious and the bed is comfortable. The view looks over the parking lot, with the Truc Lam Zen Monastery visible beyond it. I took the photo from my room.

Before heading out, it was nice to relax in the hotel's cozy lobby. There's a sofa where you can sit, have tea, and chat comfortably.

My room was clean and airy, the service was good, and the price was reasonable. The hotel is close to the town center, which made getting around and visiting places convenient. I'm very satisfied and would come back to Sapa if I get the chance.
