It had the feel of an old French mansion, with a small garden and a breathtaking mountain view. The hotel was nice, too. I'd try for a room on the 3rd or 4th floor, but keep in mind there's no elevator.

The owner was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We arrived at 5 am, and he arranged a room for my family to use free of charge, then also provided a shuttle. When we got back late from the spa, he made sure the five children ate first. He also booked bus tickets and tours for guests at half price, dealt with complaints quickly, and even gave us flowers to take home and plant. The hotel itself is an older building with French architecture, and I think two stars is a fair rating. The rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors were fine, the place was quiet, and our room faced the mountains. There’s a lovely tree-filled garden, and the price is cheap. Breakfast and all three meals were available here. The food was inexpensive, tasty, and clean. Very good.
