Nice rooms and good service at a decent price compared with the hotels nearby. It’s down in the valley, toward the road to the villages. The location could be a problem if you want to walk to the lake market. Staff communication in English was difficult, so keep your translator handy.

The mountain view from the window is stunning. The room was tidy, with simple wooden furniture, and handy things like a hair dryer and kettle. Great service too, and all the staff were so nice. A really good experience for an affordable price.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I was staying nearby for a long time and repeatedly heard a dog screaming, along with what sounded like someone beating it and a woman’s voice coming from the building. It was a very traumatic experience while I was in Vietnam. I shouted from my room’s balcony for her to stop. Please stop abusing an innocent dog.
