I picked this place mainly for the view right outside the room, and the mountain-view room really delivered. Staff were responsive and supportive, with different team members patiently and warmly answering my questions and helping through WhatsApp. The heated blanket made a huge difference in the cold weather. Nhung at the front desk was especially lovely and took the time to translate and explain the hot water issue clearly in English. It isn't in the tourist center, but once you know the area, it's about a 10-minute uphill walk, roughly 500 meters, straight into town. On arrival, ask the host for a clear landmark name to use for ride-hailing and navigation. I had a comfortable, thoughtful stay and would recommend it to travelers looking for views, a quiet setting, and attentive service.
