The Hue beef noodle soup was delicious, and I was especially impressed by it. My room looked out over the Perfume River, which I really liked. There are lots of trees and the air is fresh, so the resort felt peaceful and comfortable. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic, too. I’ll definitely come back here if I return to Hue.

I spent 10 days at Sankofa Resort on a retreat, and nothing was missing during our stay. The staff were thoughtful, kind, and always there for us. They were so lovely you’d want to take them home. The cabins were beautiful, and the resort and grounds had everything we could have hoped for, and more. Every meal was gorgeous. I can’t recommend this peaceful place enough for a tranquil rest. We got an upgrade to the pool villa, and it was amazing. The room was very clean and had both AC and a fan. The pool was clean too, and watching the sunset there was a blessing. We also enjoyed the spa, with a tomato salt scrub and a pleasant body massage. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, kind, and accommodating. They even set up a romantic dinner by the river, with colorful bulbs in the trees. The resort is far enough away for quiet time in nature but close enough to the city for sightseeing. We drove, though the resort also offers a complimentary electric car transfer into town. It was an amazing experience, and we’d definitely return.
