The room was filthy and absolutely not worth the price. The sheets and pillowcases looked like they hadn't been washed, and there was a disgusting, well-used sponge sitting in the sink. Check-in was a mess too: support gave us the wrong directions, so we had to try three times. Look elsewhere if you want somewhere clean and comfortable.

We booked seven nights but left after three, having been moved through three different rooms because the place was so disgusting. The last room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. There was a dead cockroach, awful-smelling pillows, one pillow that was nearly black, and blue stains on the sheets. I didn't even want to sleep there, but after hours of complaining and contacting Agoda, where we booked, they would refund only the remaining nights, not that night. Since we were on a budget and couldn't afford two hotels, I had to stay one more night. Earlier rooms had problems too. In the first, bugs crawled around everywhere, and rain made the pipes and drains very noisy. A bathroom floor drain, hidden under a bin at first, was spitting water. I complained, but they said nothing could be done that night and offered to move us the next day. The second room had an irritating flickering light and a hole in the bathroom ceiling that leaked onto the toilet when it rained. Again, they couldn't fix it that day, only move us the following day. I can't believe this place is allowed to operate. Sleeping on the street might have been more pleasant.

I booked a room with a window because that mattered to me, but they gave me a completely different room with no windows at all. Customer service was below zero. They either didn't understand what was happening or simply didn't want to. Very disappointing. Avoid at all costs!

The room itself made us feel like we were in a bunker: it was basically in the basement, with a tiny window facing the fire escape and almost no daylight. The listing had promised a window and a city view. We had booked one night on Agoda and thought we might extend, but after seeing the place, we just wanted to leave. The bed creaked with every movement, there was no soundproofing, and the air conditioner pumped out an overpowering air freshener that made me feel nauseated. Big gaps under the front door let hallway light flash into the room all night whenever the motion sensor was triggered. Sleep was out of the question. There was an empty water bottle with no clear place to refill it, only about an inch of soap left in the dispenser, and no toiletries, not even the basics. We reported the room problem to Agoda and the property, but got a mix of “not our problem” and “take it or leave it.” It felt like there was no care for guests, no accountability, and false advertising. We were willing to stay longer until we saw what they called hospitality. Wouldn't stay again even for free. Avoid this place.
