KK Sapa Hotel

The mountain views were priceless, and the hotel was close to the city center, Sun World Fansipan, and Cat Cat Village. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, the café on the 15th floor, and massages after long days of exploring. The place has a gorgeous, elegant boutique feel, with a warm, romantic, slightly old-world style influenced by Southeast Asia and France. The rooms are beautifully decorated and feel more like a stylish modern-vintage space than a typical hotel room. There was no iron in the room, though, and service could be a bit slow when calling down to the front desk for something. One of the most beautiful places we've stayed. Highly recommended.

The view is as stunning as other reviewers said, though it was pretty foggy while we were here. We still have one night left, so I hope we'll get to see the mountains tomorrow. The room matches the photos and is beautiful, but there's a little mold in the bathroom. Staff on both the 1st and 15th floors were really friendly and helpful. They even prepared a cake for my dad and me for my birthday, which was so sweet. The food was amazing, with such a huge selection that I couldn't even finish filming it all.

At KK Sapa Hotel, the team made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant, just right for enjoying Sapa. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay again on my next visit. The service, staff, and room quality were all top-notch. Highly recommend, five stars.

The location made getting around simple. Take the lift to Level 15 and step straight out onto the street in the city area, with everything within walking distance. At check-in, the team was helpful, friendly, and kind, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Ms. Hoang, the Guest Relation Officer, deserves special thanks. She speaks English very well and patiently talked us through famous attractions and must-visit restaurants in Sapa. Her suggestions helped us find good local food and plan the trip smoothly. We checked out at 5:30am, and the team prepared three packed breakfasts for us. Guests can let reception know ahead of time about an early checkout, so they don't have to miss breakfast. It was the first time a hotel had shown us that kind of care. KK Sapa Hotel really deserves the 2025 Premium Hotel Reward. Highly recommended, and we'll stay here again.
