Lady Hill Sapa Resort

Sam, the bellman, was incredibly helpful with our bags and always greeted us with a warm smile. Since he was born and raised in Sapa, he also shared useful local tips, which we appreciated. Tan from the restaurant was friendly and gave excellent service, and Joseph, the manager, made sure everything went smoothly and made us feel welcome. We stayed two wonderful nights at Lady Hill Resort in Sapa, and it exceeded our expectations. The mountain setting and views of the valleys and surrounding peaks were stunning, and waking up to them each morning was unforgettable. With its beautiful facilities and outstanding hospitality, it made for a memorable, relaxing getaway. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay again.

The mountain view was immense, and the stay was lovely and well worth the money. There are several saunas and hot tubs, plus an outdoor pool. The staff were helpful, especially bellman San. When we told him our swimming trunks had fallen from the balcony into the bushes below, he sprang into action and searched through them until he got the trunks back.

Winn even drove us for free from the hotel to nearby attractions, and all the staff were lovely and accommodating. The room was beautiful and really clean, and breakfast was phenomenal. There’s a lot to do nearby, plus an incredible view. The spa was quiet and luxurious, with mountain views. I definitely recommend it.

I visited Lady Hill spa on a day pass, not as a hotel guest. For 500.000 VND, we got towels and sandals, and access to the pools, saunas, and gym. The facilities were very nice, and the spa was clean with beautiful views. The hotel sits high in the mountains, though, so the wind made it cold to lounge beside the outdoor pool, and it was hard to sit and relax with food or drinks. That’s worth bearing in mind, even though it isn’t a fault with the spa service. Food, drinks, and treatments were quite expensive, probably the most I’ve seen in Vietnam during my three weeks here. The coffee and meal were delicious, but cost about what I’d pay at home in England. The order took around 35 minutes to arrive. By midday the pool area was crowded and all the loungers were taken, so I’d suggest arriving early.
