We only made it through one night, though we were supposed to stay four. We had to leave because of a cockroach infestation. The place was filthy, with dirt and dead bugs on the floors throughout the hotel. The walls and bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom was worst of all. They even had one scrubber for everyone to use. I couldn’t walk around the room without shoes, and the atmosphere felt really eerie. I thought we might get ill or something. The woman at the desk spent the day lying on a bed behind reception and barely did anything beyond a miserable hello. When we complained, the manager was supposedly on the way but never showed up. They refunded us and apologized, which was the bare minimum, but the manager never spoke to us. They offered another room or their other hotel, but we figured it’d be the same everywhere. There weren’t any cleaners around. For the same price, you can stay somewhere much cleaner and better. I’d avoid this place at all costs.

Breakfast was excellent, with local flavors, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lunch and dinner need to be ordered ahead, and prices are reasonable. It’s a cozy little hotel where the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere feels like home. The location is great for a short walk to the Stone Church, night market, lake, and Fansipan cable car station. A lovely place to stay near the center and relax.

The rooms were dirty, very humid, and smelled bad. There was lots of noise, and people kept checking your door. Some of the staff were great, but we saw four different people at reception over two days. Don’t expect anything fancy.

It’s right by the bus station, which is ideal if that’s what you need. But the hotel was messy, and our room was dirty, damp, and extremely noisy. The mattress was hard as the floor. I decided to leave instead of staying.

Really friendly, kind staff who gave helpful instructions. The location is great, and they offered motorcycle rental at a very reasonable price. Would recommend.
