Riverside Mini Hotel Grand World

Pearl 01 was the better of the two rooms we tried. It was spacious enough to open our luggage and move around easily, though the single bed sheet looked a little yellow and the bathroom still needed a deep clean to remove mould. Even so, I’d recommend it over Lapis 01, including for couples. We spent the first two nights in Lapis 01. It was cramped and had no fridge, though basic things like a hair dryer, shampoo, toothbrush set, comb, cotton buds, and shower cap were provided. Reception staff were friendly and could communicate in English. The bathroom mould was unpleasant, and better cleaning products would help. The towels and water boiler also looked old or yellowed and should be replaced. The stay was acceptable overall, and the location is excellent, close to the Teddy Bear Museum and bus terminal, with plenty of good food nearby.

A great spot for a family getaway. The hotel has a stunning view and a very convenient location. Staff were so friendly and ready to help, and the spa service was top-notch. The coffee shop was superb too. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a lovely stay.

We knew before booking that the room was small, but our triple room worked fine for two nights with two kids. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is right in the heart of Grandworld. I worried about noise, but everything closed after 10:30 pm and it got quiet. You can get a massage downstairs, and they also offer laundry at a good price, massages with a guest discount, and money exchange at a good rate. Google Translate worked fine. Big thumbs up to the staff.

We were there over New Year’s Eve, and the fireworks that night were spectacular to watch. From our balcony, we had the Venice canal vibe, and we enjoyed evening walks along Grand World. There are lots of food places with different options nearby, and Vin Wonders and Vin Pearl Safari are easy to reach. A good choice if you want to stay in the centre of Grand World.
