The pool was awesome, and the rooms were clean and made up every day. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the room price was good. Checkout wasn’t very smooth, but we managed to sort it out. We had a terrific stay.

The villa’s road isn’t suitable for cars, so you have to walk 300 m from the main road. We arrived at night and left first thing in the morning after a sleepless night. The mattress springs were easy to feel, the bedspread and towel were sweaty, and the room smelled of rotten fish. The wooden floor creaked and there was no soundproofing. For four nights, that smell would have been unbearable. Even at a two-star place, guests shouldn’t have to sleep in unwashed bedding in a smelly room. Check the rating first, because the service matches two stars. If you want to waste your money, book here and enjoy your stay.

The pool is amazing, and they clean the room every day. It’s easy to come and go, and you can rent scooters. Definitely recommend it for comfort and hospitality. I’ll be back!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was cleaned daily. It’s close to the beach and all the food courts, and there’s a swimming pool too. The price is affordable. Thank you, Phu Quoc Villa.
