Maison de Sapa

It had such a welcoming, family-like feel that we didn't want to leave. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the atmosphere was amazing. The villa is very spacious, with lots of guest rooms and a nice shared area.

The room was clean, had a nice view, and came with all the amenities I needed. There are plenty of shared spaces, with different kinds of seating, a large hall, and a pool table upstairs. Drinking water is always available for free, along with great hot tea. The staff and management were some of the friendliest around, and they knew what they were doing. A great choice if you want the homestay feel with professional service and standard hotel rooms. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my three nights here. Nhu Moon and everyone at reception were so friendly and helpful. The room matched the photos, it was clean, and the balcony was a nice extra. It's a little uphill, which made for a good walk after dinner.

Breakfast was a highlight for us. We tried Pho, Banh Mi, garlic bread, and waffles, and every dish was delicious and freshly made. Tea, mooncake slices depending on availability, and fruit, mostly bananas, are set out in the common area. You can refill water bottles there too. The room was cozy and well kept, with daily cleaning. Laundry was convenient at 40k VND per kg, and I loved how amazing the bath and handwash products smelled. Nhú and Moon made everything easy from the start, helping us check in smoothly and always being around when we needed something. Nhú also connected us with Sapanapro for herbal bath details and arranged a cab for a full day of sightseeing. Their warm hospitality made this a memorable stay in Sapa.
