The location made it easy to explore, just a short walk from Sun Plaza, and the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. What really stood out was how kind and accommodating the staff were. They helped us arrange bookings and activities, brought extra water, and took care of our luggage, which made the trip much easier. We felt looked after the whole time at Q Sapa Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. Thanks to the team for making the stay memorable! ❤️

They let us keep our bags there all day after checkout, and we could use the bathroom and shower while waiting for our sleeper bus. They even brought us free water and watermelon snacks. Check-in was quick and easy when we arrived at 1am after a long travel day, and the beds were impressively comfortable during our two nights. The staff were friendly and welcoming, so it was a very positive stay.

Ly Thi Dung greeted our group of four adults from Australia warmly and helped us figure out what to see that day. She gave us suggestions and checked in whenever we crossed paths. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms, and the top-floor balcony had a lovely view. We were just a block from the lake. The dining, lounge, and reception spaces felt open and comfortable, with the windows and doors left open to enjoy the nice weather. Booking online was easy and the prices were unbelievable. I’d absolutely stay here again when I return to Sapa.

I first came on a friend’s booking, then added another night when I arrived in Sapa early in the morning. The staff were really friendly and helped me rent a bike. Breakfast had a good variety, and for the price, it’s a nice hotel with a good location and great views. I’d come back.

Trang welcomed me so warmly when I arrived, with a smile and a professional, helpful manner that put me at ease right away. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. It felt good to be greeted like that after a journey. I’d recommend the hotel for the welcome and the kindness of the team.
