The staff gave us top notch service, always smiling and attentive. We rented a bike and booked our bus back to Hanoi through the hotel at a great price. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfy. Highly recommended!

The team at the Golden plaza hotel made our stay enjoyable. They were friendly and really helpful, arranged a motorbike for us, and gave us good suggestions and advice about things to do while visiting. Our room was clean and looked like the pictures, and breakfast was tasty too. I loved staying here!

For 300k VND a night, I booked a first-floor room for two nights and had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the room was clean and comfortable. Hot water with strong pressure was a nice bonus. There were a few bugs, and the room smelled a little musty. There’s no air conditioning, though they provide a fan and heater. I haven’t needed special accommodations myself, but I didn’t see a ramp or elevator, so the hotel isn’t wheelchair friendly. If you want somewhere cheap, friendly, and cozy in Sa Pa and don’t need special accommodations, it’s worth considering.

The staff at Sapa golden plaza hotel were so friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was great. It’s the best hotel in sapa, and the best one in vietnam that we’ve stayed at. Nothing to complain about. We’ll definitely come back next time ☺

Everything was perfect on this unforgettable holiday. The hotel was completely clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. I’d stay here again if I come back.
