Breakfast was tasty and the staff were courteous, though the buffet gets crowded at peak times and has few continental choices. The hotel says it is halal-friendly, which was reassuring for us. Our room was clean, comfortable, and looked out over a lovely view, especially nice in the morning and evening. We could hear people talking and walking in the corridor, so light sleepers may notice that. It didn't spoil our stay, but better sound insulation and breakfast crowd management would help. Sapa Charm Hotel made a pleasant, dependable base for exploring Sa Pa.

The view was lovely, and asking for a room on a higher floor may be worthwhile. Rooms are spacious, with a classic wood design. The hotel has a pool and gym, plus dinner service and a spa for an extra charge. The reception is on the ninth floor. It's about a 10-minute walk to Sapa square tour centre, with massage places, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, and plenty more nearby. A very classic luxury hotel.

Sapa was the highlight of my three-day adventure, and my night at Sapa Charm Hotel was a great part of it. The room and accommodations were great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Thanks especially to Mr Ben for helping me out and answering my questions. I'd happily stay here again!

The staff were really friendly and courteous, and breakfast had a great range of options. Moana photo park, an instagramers' paradise, is only a five-minute walk away. From the top floor, you can watch clouds pass early in the morning, with a great view of Fansipan mountain. A luxury hotel and a very good choice for visiting Sapa.

Thúy made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. She was warm, professional, and made a great first impression with her bright smile. She answered my questions patiently and checked that I had what I needed. She came across as graceful and confident, and was genuinely kind and attentive. The place itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable, but the way Thúy treated guests is what made the visit memorable. She represents the place so well. I'd recommend it for the personal service, and give five stars to Thúy and the team.
