The desk staff in the morning was great. She answered everything and was incredibly helpful. When we first arrived, the man checking us in seemed more focused on a game on his phone than on our questions, and told us to ask reception in the morning. We had a deluxe room, though it felt dated and a bit worn, with scuffs along the walls. There was an odd, unclean smell at first, but airing the room out and using a few sprays of aftershave sorted it. The toilet was okay, though showering flooded it each time since it’s more of a wet room. The hotel was good for the money, and we couldn’t complain.

Hong made the stay special. She treated us like family, shared great local tips, and even arranged an early check-in. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, so it’s very convenient for exploring nearby. If I visit again, I’ll stay here. 10/10 for Hong.

Hong made our trip to Sapa memorable. She helped us plan day trips, shared local recommendations, and kept checking that everything was going well. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, supportive, and made sure we had what we needed. It felt like she genuinely cared about our experience.

We spent a month at this hotel and had a great experience. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the location has a great view. The receptionist was especially warm, sweet, and welcoming, and honestly she’s a big reason I’d come back.
