The staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and helpful, and breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with no trouble getting hot water. The location made it easy to try Indian, Italian, and Vietnamese restaurants around Sapa. We also appreciated the convenient luggage storage and the tidy, welcoming lobby. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

I'd keep this hotel as a last choice. It's well located near the market, and the staff are really good, but the place isn't maintained well. The bathroom drainage was a problem, the rooms weren't cleaned properly, and the washrooms were in poor condition. Breakfast wasn't great for vegetarians, with fruit as the only option.

Getting to the hotel means walking up a steep slope, which is annoying. The rooms need updating, and I wouldn't rate it as a four-star hotel. Our room had a silverfish, one bathroom vanity kit had already been used, the tiles felt sticky, and the heater didn't work. As vegetarians, we found the breakfast choices limited. More vegetarian or vegan food would help cater to different kinds of tourists.

The room was impressively large, and the mountain view was lovely. A good hotel, especially for people who love the mountains. I'd recommend it.

The staff were very nice, and the location is prime. They arranged early check-in and transportation, and breakfast was nice. While we were waiting for our pickup, they even let us have coffee and fruit. Nice people.
