The family running the place treated us like one of their own, and the caretakers were very hospitable and spoke English really well. We had a great room view, and on New Year’s Eve we could see fireworks at night even through the heavy fog. The service was GREAT.

The hosts were so welcoming and sweet, and helped us with whatever we needed throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and delicious. We arrived before check-in, but they quickly got everything ready for us. The place and rooms stayed clean, with a hair dryer and other necessities provided. They also helped arrange and book a two-day tour, and knew a lot about places to visit around sapa. Keep in mind that most popular tourist spots are cold and foggy unless you go in summer. Ask how to switch on the hot shower 🚿. We’d definitely recommend this inn!
