The hotel is close to the lake and main square. Our room and bathroom were very clean and smelled nice, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but lovely. The hosts were super friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer our questions.

Lunch at the hotel was so good, better than the restaurants we tried, and I wish we’d eaten there more often. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order in whatever style you like. The room was clean and cozy, and tea, coffee, and water were free all day and night. We could also buy Fansipan cable car tickets right there, which made things easy and stress-free. The location is great for exploring town on foot. From arrival, the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel has a lovely feel, and we’d happily come back.

The staff were very friendly and gave us plenty of suggestions for things to do nearby. The hotel is centrally located in Sa Pa, with lots of places to eat around it. Our room was clean and comfortable, with working AC and a nice shower. Breakfast came with fruit and toast, or you could order something cooked from the menu.

David met me at 1:30 a.m. when I arrived on the night bus, and he and his wife were both really friendly. They arranged a good tour for some of us staying there. Breakfast had a good choice of fruit and toast, with eggs or pancakes if you wanted them, plus free tea and coffee throughout the day. Laundry was done very quickly. I was offered a later checkout because I was leaving late, but didn’t need it. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot, though I was disappointed there wasn’t a bath like the photos and room description showed. There’s roadwork noise at the moment if your room faces the road, but that won’t last forever. It’s a short walk into town and close to the bus stations.

We got a very tasty breakfast, and they always checked that everything was okay. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were clean. Although it was cold outside, the AC heated our room well, and we slept really well in the comfortable bed. Arriving on the night bus at 5 a.m., we were able to check in early, which helped a lot. The SaoViet Sapa office is just a six-minute walk away. We’d be happy to stay here again on our next visit.
