My room was spotless, and the lake view was beautiful. The reception and restaurant teams were enthusiastic and helped whenever I needed something. One man made me uneasy, though. I asked reception for service advice, and he kept watching us. I couldn't tell whether he was an employee or a manager, but he was rude. He spat loudly, and sometimes he'd show up in the lobby and talk so loudly that it startled me. The hotel itself was fine, and I hope he treats guests like us better.

The staff were so polite and friendly, and we loved the incredible view from our room. Breakfast could have had a few more vegetarian choices, but the chef kindly made us vegetarian fried rice without us even asking. We had a lovely stay and I'd recommend this hotel 10/10.

Breakfast had a lot to choose from, with Vietnamese and Western food, plenty of cut fruit, hot congee, and tasty soups. Pho was the standard dish. The town center was within walking distance, too. The hotel sits on a hill, with a huge lounge window looking down over town. The lounge had comfy sofas and nice decorations, and the elevator was bright and decorated. Our room was clean, as were the corridors, and the queen beds felt welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Sa Pa.

It was a superb hotel until a couple tried to get into our room one evening while I was asleep. It seemed like the staff were handing out key cards very freely, and that left me questioning the whole stay. What might have happened if they'd managed to enter? The accommodation was clean, housekeeping came daily, and the complimentary breakfast selection was very satisfactory.

Ms Moon at reception made us feel welcome right away. She and the other reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean, and kept in good condition, and room service was prompt. The food was fresh and tasty, with a good range, especially at breakfast. A relaxing, pleasant stay at Sapa Passion Hotel. I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Sapa.
