The family were so nice, and we had a fantastic dinner with them. Their spring rolls were the best we’ve had in Vietnam during our three-plus weeks here. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. Very glad we stayed, and next time we’ll make it more than one night.

The owners were the kindest people we met in Vietnam. They helped with everything we needed and cooked us an excellent dinner. The rooms are new, lovely, and spacious. The location is great too, a little outside the busy city centre, which suited us. This was the best hotel in Sapa we could have asked for.

The hosts were warm and helpful, and it really felt like a happy, friendly home. The interior is new and more like a posh hotel room. There was a personal balcony with French doors and a hillside view, plus strong wifi, secure bike parking, laundry service, and a flat-screen TV. The shower got hot right away, the linens were fresh and white, and there were electric blankets. No wonder the other reviewers gave it five stars.
