Sapa Unique Hotel

The meals were a real highlight, fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with a smile, especially Mr. Viet and the rest of the hotel staff, who made sure we had everything we needed. We spent two nights at Unique Sapa Hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the whole stay felt peaceful and well managed. Everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. If you want somewhere that feels like a home away from home while visiting Sapa, I’d recommend it.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms are clean and the service is okay, but sound carries everywhere. You can hear people walking past your room and loud music from the bar next door. The bathroom also needs work. Water from the shower easily spills into the toilet and sink area, and the sink drain needs repairing.

We’d gladly stay here again. The staff greeted us warmly and sorted out all our transport without any hassle. It’s handy for Sapa Station and Cat Cat Village, and there are several laundry services just a short walk away. Breakfast is simple, but everything we tried was fresh and very tasty.

The balcony had a great view, especially at sunset, and the room had everything we needed. The staff were accommodating, let us check in early, and kept our luggage for us. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. You can walk to the center, too. One of our best stays in Sapa.
