The room seemed fine when we first saw it. Once night came, though, we found loads of cockroaches and left right away. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I regret choosing it.

The shower barely had any water pressure, and breakfast wasn’t ready on time. The room was dirty, the towels weren’t clean, and I saw four cockroaches. The air conditioning barely worked, the fridge was plugged in but useless, and the beds were uncomfortable and only big enough for one person, despite being for two. Hard to believe this is called a four-star hotel.

Getting around was easy, especially to the Local Market, and the staff were helpful and direct. The room was the main problem: the AC didn’t work at all, and the drainage was terrible. It was an okay experience overall.

Good price for a hotel right in the center of town, close to the sapa market.

The owner was so friendly. The place is right in the center of town and reasonably priced.
