The reception staff were very helpful, and you can rent a bike right at the hotel. There are plenty of food spots nearby, and breakfast is available at a low price, a nice way to start the day. On arrival, they offered tea or coffee, and cigarettes were available for anyone who smokes. The place felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a cozy waiting lobby.

The room was clean and had a great view, and it wasn't too far from attractions, especially Fansipan and Sapa city center. The owner was responsible and very helpful. They also offer bike rental and laundry, and I used the laundry service. The location is great, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

It's a quiet place, far enough from the party street in Sapa city. The road up to the hotel is steep, so having transport would be best. My room didn't have air conditioning, but opening the window kept it cool. At night it was around 16 degrees Celsius while I was there. I managed to get a room at the last minute. The receptionist was still hanging around at 2 a.m., possibly because reception runs 24/7.

The man at reception was lovely and let us leave our bags at the hotel after checkout. Beds were fairly comfortable too. Just be aware that it's a short walk to the town center, but the route climbs a steep hill.

The room rates were affordable and breakfast was included. Our room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed and fast internet. The owner was really friendly and accommodating, and went out of his way to help us book Fansipan tickets, transport to some tourist spots, and the sleeper bus back to Hanoi. I'd definitely recommend this hotel!
