The location made it easy to get around, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. We stayed in a spacious ocean-view suite at Santa Luxury Hotel, and it was spotless and comfortable. The team were warm and always willing to help. Duy Anh at the front desk, along with the morning and evening staff whose names I unfortunately forgot, were especially great. We had a really relaxing, memorable stay and would happily return. I'd recommend Santa Luxury Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The sea view from our balcony and the breeze coming in were so relaxing. We checked out today after a great stay from arrival to departure. The location is superb, and the skybar and infinity pool were a lovely extra, with a wide view of the waves. Ms.Lily&Ellie.FB were so nice, and breakfast was really good. Everyone else was courteous and helpful too.

The restaurant meal was delicious, and Nguyen Thi Mong Ri, the Food & Beverage Captain, took great care of the details. Sarah and Daisy at reception were also lovely, professional, and ready to help. They made check-in and the rest of our stay feel smooth and welcoming. Santa Luxury Hotel Da Nang is clean and modern, very comfortable, and close to the beach. Great facilities and service all around. Highly recommend it, and I'd stay again.

Lily.Lelan.FB was a lovely waitress at breakfast, and there was plenty of food to choose from for meat eaters and vegetarians. The food was good. Our room was very clean and the hospitality was amazing. We visited during Vietnam's New Year, when everything felt lively.

Tracy and Daisy at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and so helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and its location was convenient. I had a very pleasant time at Santa Luxury Da Nang and would definitely recommend it.
