We could see the city center from our room, and it looked beautiful both in daylight and at night. The atmosphere was friendly, the food was delicious, and the staff were lovely, friendly, and very helpful. We stayed two nights and were really impressed. There are lots of important and beautiful places nearby. We loved being able to walk around the nightlife safely and enjoy it. The service was excellent, and we highly recommend this place. You'll love it ❤️

The hotel is quiet but still near the tourist center, and the staff were very helpful. The one small drawback was the limited breakfast, especially the coffee. Fun fact: if you order a double black coffee, you get this (the photo) 😄

If peace and quiet matter to you, this is a great spot. It sits on a small hill in a quiet part of central Sapa. The manager, Anh, was polite, attentive, and quick to help us.

Our room was better than expected, spacious and clean, with a great view. There’s also a sweet dog named Ruby who made our stay extra special. The place feels super homey, with a cozy ambiance, delicious included breakfast, and very friendly staff. It’s in a great location near Sapa station. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again.

We only stayed 1 night, but Kim and Ling made it a fantastic experience. They helped us plan the day and book our train tickets to fancypan, and even offered to store our luggage after checkout. The kindest touch was letting us use a room to freshen up at night before our bus back to Hanoi. Their thoughtful service made our short visit smooth and comfortable.
