Hotel De L’Amour Tam Dao

The pool facilities were great, and the staff were very kind. One of the lobby staff was especially friendly, though I’m not sure if the name was Heo? This was the best hotel in Tam Dao, and I’ll definitely visit again next time! :)

The quick, thoughtful response to a noise complaint really stood out. The room next door had loud music on early in the morning before we checked out, but the staff sorted it promptly and appropriately, then called back to check in. I felt they genuinely cared. Thank you very much. We were a family of eight and arrived early, before check-in, so we left our luggage at the hotel. The bellman was a huge help to all of us. On December 2nd, the female receptionist was very polite and spoke excellent English. Breakfast had a wide selection. I ordered an omelet and went back to my table when it took a little while. The chef noticed and told a server, who brought it right to me. That level of service surprised and impressed me, and felt like what you’d expect at a 5-star hotel. We ate lunch and dinner twice at the first-floor restaurant. The Asian dishes were generally big enough for 2-3 people to share and tasted excellent, especially the stir-fried vegetables. The pizza was just acceptable. It’s a great place to relax, and the indoor pool can be used in any season. Some outlets, such as the bars, weren’t fully ready, so we didn’t get to use those services.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and spotless. The manager and staff treated us so well, offering travel tips and recommendations. A big thank you to the manager for making us feel at home.

The warm saltwater pool is 1.4 meters deep, which worked well for a family with teenagers and gave both adults and kids a relaxing place to swim. The hotel is also in the heart of Tam Đảo, so it’s easy to get around and see the attractions. It’s newly built, with clean, modern rooms and lovely design. The front office team were welcoming and gave excellent service throughout our stay. Hotel De l’amour Tam Đảo is good value, and I’d recommend it to couples and families.
