The hallway's tiled floor carries a lot of noise, so you can hear people opening their doors. The rooms themselves are large and clean. The shower is clean and has decent pressure, though the bathroom could use a thorough bleach cleaning. The pool has been removed, and it's no longer on the signage, but the elevators still mention it.

I was on the 8th floor, and noise from the restaurant on the 9th went on until midnight. There was chair moving and singing the whole time. I raised it quietly with reception several times, but they offered no solution and said they couldn't do anything because it was a party for guests. Very irresponsible! If you're bringing a kid, think carefully.

We came for one night in February 2025 because of a wedding venue nearby, so we didn't get to explore the area. The hotel was clean and we had a good stay. There aren't many good-sized hotels like this in Tay Ninh, and I'd recommend it. Our suite had a separate living room and bedroom, both spacious, with its own AC in each. The living room had a large sofa set and TV. I loved the big bathtub and roomy shower. The safe in my room didn't work, and they removed it without telling me at check-in, which was disappointing. I had to use the safe in my sister's room.

The views were great, the pool was nice, and the service was excellent. It was the cleanest hotel I found during my six weeks in Vietnam, and breakfast even had real bacon. I wish there had been a few more pillows, and they should stick to the rates they advertise.
