After each night I stayed there, the dampness left me struggling to breathe, and I ended up needing hospital care. Ants also swarmed any food left out for just 15 minutes. The mold and moisture need to be dealt with, and the room needs proper treatment for the ants.

I won't stay there again. In Room 302, a cleaning staff member came in sometime between 4 and 5 AM, even though we'd locked the door before going to sleep. Somehow they managed to open it from outside, which felt very unprofessional. Their conversations also made the room really noisy.

There was barely any Wi-Fi. I could pick up a signal upstairs, but not in the room at all. First time this has happened to me, and I won't give it another chance.

We'd just reached the room and were resting at 1 pm when the service staff were making a lot of noise, playing around and telling people to get up and go. This was at 6 am. Won't be back.

The room was OK, though the Wi-Fi barely worked on the 4th floor. Sound carried badly too: I could hear people talking outside and whatever was going on in the next room.
