The 11th-floor restaurant is roomy and has a lovely view. During my five-day stay, they checked whether the set meal suited me and adjusted it to better fit my Western diet. The hotel itself was very clean, and there’s a massage center in the lobby. A supermarket, restaurants, and pharmacies are all within a two-minute walk. The staff speak very little English, but we managed well with Google Translate and a phone translator.

The meals were delicious, and the service was good. My room was clean and hygienic, the staff were friendly, and the owner was polite. It’s also near the road to the Hanoi highway. Everyone should come enjoy the services at galaxy river hotel.
