Rude, unprofessional staff. The worst. Zero stars for you!

What stood out most was the receptionist's manner. He was a thin man with a scholarly look, and greeted me with a nod and smile, placing his right hand over his left chest. That felt unusually professional for a motel, and he was just as warm when answering my questions in English. I asked what time the motel closed and what it would cost to stay longer. He explained that checkout was before 12:00, with an extra 200,000 VND for checkout between 12:00 and 17:00. After 17:00, it would count as a new day. He also asked whether I'd been comfortable during my stay the previous day. His English was excellent, and he smiled throughout. It felt like five-star service. I was very satisfied and would gladly stay here again. Thanks to the motel and the receptionist for being so attentive. 10/10.

The rooms were clean, and the area was quiet, which suited me well as a business traveler needing somewhere peaceful to rest. For the price, the quality is quite good compared with other places in the area. The reception service was the real highlight, especially Pha, who was enthusiastic from the phone consultation through check-in and using the services. I originally planned to stay one night and then move to another hotel, but NEW's attentive, welcoming service kept me here for the rest of my work schedule in RG. I'm giving five stars to encourage them, and hope they keep up this quality. I'm a Level 8 Local Guide, so I wouldn't risk my reputation with Google by saying anything untrue. Everyone can feel reassured.

The facilities in the room are basic, and there's no elevator.
