The bathroom and room were clean, though they weren't brand new. The tap water was strong and there was hot water for showers. We were comfortable here during our business trip to Thai Nguyen, and the reception managers were friendly enough to lend us an iron for our clothes. Thanks very much!

The service was terrible. Water barely dripped from the taps, the electricity kept tripping and cutting out, and the air conditioning was no better than a useless fan. A terrible hotel.
