Love Hotel

Really good.

The room was lovely and spotless, and the front desk charged us only the overnight rate even though we stayed through the day and night. We’d booked because our home lost power. Traveling with a small child meant we couldn't really do anything, which was a shame 😂 The room would be perfect for a couple trying to bring back some romance.

The staff were friendly, and when I forgot something, I was able to return the next day and collect everything. The hotel has just been renovated, with redesigned decor that feels beautiful and almost magical. Most of all, it was clean. I'll come back.

A terrible experience. I paid the full amount on arrival, but the next day the staff told me they hadn't taken payment. I said there was a camera and I was happy to wait while they checked, but they replied that they couldn't review the footage then. What? If they were sure they hadn't collected the money, why wouldn't they check? It made me wonder if they were being dishonest or thought I was easy to bully.
