Right in the city center, X Hotel made it easy for me to get to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. I had an amazing stay, with a spacious, clean, well-equipped room and professional, friendly staff who provided exceptional service throughout. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thai Nguyen.

It's a good hotel, but be ready for noise. Soundproofing wasn't part of the design.

The women at the front desk weren't very welcoming or friendly. The room and bed were much nicer than in most other hotels, though the bed was still hard, just not rock hard like those at nearby places.

The staff were really friendly, and there's plenty of parking. I paid 585k for a room with two beds and no balcony. The shower was good, breakfast was good, and the room was OK. The location was good too. I wasn't sure about booking after reading some bad reviews, but it was perfect for a night.

The plants add a nice touch, and the hotel is clean, nice, and very quiet. Staff were attentive. Breakfast was limited because occupancy was low, which is understandable. I'd stay here again if I return to Thai Nguyen. I moved from May Plaza to XHotel because May Plaza's room was poorly constructed and the aircon units outside were noisy.
