I arrived at HIIVE late at night feeling hungry, but I didn’t have any Vietnamese Dong. Linsie at reception kindly paid for my food. I didn’t see her again for three days, so I couldn’t repay her. Her service meant a lot, especially to a stranger like me. Without her, I would have gone to bed hungry. Five stars don’t feel like enough. Thanks to HIIVE for having her on staff, and thank you, Linsie. You’re awesome, your personality and people skills deserve recognition.

The room was modern, spotless, and comfortable, and felt like good value for the money. We also found the pricing very reasonable and the location excellent. Quincy and Nhung were friendly and helpful right from the start, and made us feel at home. Highly recommend!

The food was nice, especially the noodle soup, and the location worked well for me because it’s close to the factory. Everyone had a big, friendly smile and was helpful. Bamboo, Vuong, Ngan and Thai were friendly at breakfast. Quong and his reception colleagues were a great help, and the lobby staff gave excellent service.
