The apartment setup is comfortable, with a separate bedroom, and the whole place feels new and fresh. The furnishings, bed, electronics, walls, and floor tiles all feel high quality. No bugs or insects, and the aircon works really well. Street noise inside the room is very low, so it's peaceful. The views aren't interesting, but that didn't bother me. Having a washer and dryer, induction cooker, rice cooker, kettle, microwave, and cooking utensils right there is handy. There's a beautiful modern mall about 15 minutes away by Grab car. You can also order things through Grab, which is cheap and fast, and have them delivered to reception. Small shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are within walking distance, though bigger chains such as AEON mall take a Grab ride. The staff are very friendly and provide a high level of service. They treat you like a guest and VIP. The complimentary laundry service for stays of five nights or longer was a welcome touch. English could be better, and sometimes Google Translate was needed, though that wasn't a problem for me. There's no welcome folder or brochure explaining how things work, but staff are happy to help. It's not a great location if you want nightlife or to be near HCMC attractions. District 1 is less convenient for partying every night. I prefer being away from the hustle and bustle, so I had a very pleasant stay. The price is well worth it, and I'd love to stay again. Highly recommended for a quiet stay. Tip: install the zalo messenger app to communicate easily with the hotel using its built-in translation function.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well looked after, with everything I needed to rest. I felt welcome throughout the stay because the accommodating staff were always ready to help with a smile. The beautiful, thoughtfully designed interior gave the hotel a warm and relaxing feel from the moment I walked in. I had a pleasant and memorable visit, and would gladly recommend it for comfort and good service.

The amenities are pretty good, and it's definitely kid friendly. It's perfectly fine to stay here, but as a tourist going into HCM every day, I wouldn't make it my first choice. A taxi can take at least 40 minutes, and sometimes more than an hour. There were a couple of minor issues: dead cockroaches and some noise from the main road.

The views aren't the best, but the room is amazingly put together and clean. It has a washer and dryer plus cooking facilities, so definitely worth it. I'd recommend this hotel. Thank me later.

The staff are outstanding, always ready to help and please. This is my third visit to Vietnam from the USA this year, and this has been the most comfortable stay by far. The apartment and entire facility are excellent, well managed, and well cared for. It has modern amenities including a kitchen, washer and dryer, separate bedroom, and a casual but comfortable living room. The location has a lot going for it, and it's reasonably placed for getting to HCMC, near the border of Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City. Restaurant choices and entertainment spots are limited, though. I love cooking, and there's a nice farmer’s market just a few meters away with most things you need. Based on the survey choices in this review, I'd call the hotel/apartment “luxury.” Highly recommended.
