Rose Hotel

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I booked two nights through an app, then found out at reception they don’t accept app bookings. I was stranded and had to find another hotel as fast as I could. On top of that, I waited 30-40 minutes before anyone came to the desk to help me. Don’t book this hotel through an app.

Rose Hotel was helpful about letting me check in early. I’d booked a room and arrived at 8:30 PM in heavy rain, so I could go straight to bed instead of waiting until 2 PM or trying to go anywhere. Since it was raining and there weren’t many guests yet, they also let me check out at 2 PM. I was there for just 2 days and 1 night, so I won’t complain, but if you stay longer, give the hotel feedback so they can make changes to meet your expectations. Some old items hadn’t been fully cleared from my room, including toothpaste, used toilet paper and cotton swabs. I told the hotel about it. I chose Rose Hotel when I visited Ninh Binh because it’s not too far from the attractions, and I’d still stay there again if I return. I only have photos taken from the window, not of the hotel itself, but the photos the hotel sent are exactly the same.

The room was fine and the price was fair. It'd be great if they made sure the essentials were in place before guests arrived.

Getting around was convenient, the price was fair, and the service was high quality.
