Coralina Hotel

The hotel’s central location made it easy to get around. It has an elevator, so no need to climb stairs, and there’s good motorbike parking. The staff were clearly trying their best, but a bit more training and attention to solving problems could improve the service. I hope this feedback helps Phu Yen keep improving as a destination compared with other cities in the region. I could hear everything in the hallway, so the soundproofing needs work. The towels weren’t as clean as I expected and should be replaced more often. Parking instructions were confusing. At first they directed me across the street to a construction area, which didn’t seem safe for my tires. After dinner, I checked with reception and parked in front of the hotel because I planned to leave at 7 a.m. Then they called me at 5 a.m. to move the car. That wasn’t convenient. They could give clearer guidance, perhaps suggesting a safer spot within walking distance.

The staff were friendly, helpful and hospitable. It’s a quaint, cute hotel in an ideal spot, just a short walk from a beautiful beach and local places to eat. We loved how beautiful and peaceful Phú Yen (Tuy Hòa) is. We’ll definitely come back to Coralina and Phú Yen!❤️

We really liked the lemongrass-scented shampoo and body wash at Coralina Hotel, and the staff were so nice and friendly. The food was good too. It was our first time in Phu Yên, and we had a great stay. Everything was close by, including a beautiful, clean beach within walking distance. We’ll definitely return to Coralina Phu Yên.

It’s cheap, but I’d rather pay more for a clean, comfortable stay. I had to change rooms because the toilet didn’t work, and then the air conditioning wasn’t working properly either. The room was very dusty and dirty, so I had to borrow a cloth from the front desk to clean it. The front desk staff weren’t very nice or pleasant. The Wi-Fi was good, though.
